Our translation valuation system is based principally on keystrokes (characters + spaces)
of source text if the original text can be parsed, or keystrokes of resulting translated
text if the original text is not in electronic format. This is a particularly favourable
method for the client, who effectively pays precisely for the amount of work involved,
irrespective of the length of pages or files to be localized.
Every piece of translation
or localization work is for us a project in itself, the relative
complexity of which must be carefully considered in order to provide a quotation which
will guarantee you the highest standards of quality at the most economic price. Every job
is processed by our agency with a first translation, an
independent review and technical check, and a final internal quality
check, before being released. We actually focuse on quality,
since we do know that our clients' communication success depends upon the results of our

A text translation
project is valued in terms of the characters in the original text, with a minimum charge
of Euros 100.- per project. This means that if the sum total of the resulting character
count is lower, you will still be charged Euros 100, whilst if it is higher you will be
charged for the actual total resulting. If your text is a MSWord file, you can easily
count keystrokes in the original document using the MSWord word count tool and considering
the characters + spaces output value.
A web site localization
project is valued in terms of the characters in the original text (both those visible and
those in Title Tags, Meta Tags, Alt Tags etc.) , with an additional fixed charge per
resulting web page, and a one-off fee of Euros 150.- for the management of the project.
This management fee is reduced to Euros 50.- for projects where the total charge
(counting characters and pages) exceeds Euros 800.
Software localization
is valued in terms of the characters in the original text (User Interface, Help files,
locale strings, package elements, etc.). Again, a one-off fee of Euros 150.- is charged
for the management of the project, reduced to Euros 50.- for projects costing in excess
of Euros 800.
Consulting services
(Web market analysis, competitors analysis, targeted submission service on search engines
and directories) have different costs depending on the market sector, the target
languages, and the characteristics of the service offered, starting from a minimum Euros
